Group Coaching about High Sensitivity

For Teams

I offer group coaching on the topic of High Sensitivity, tailored to the specific needs of your team or community — whether you represent a company, a school, a kindergarten, a university, or another organisation.

My previous 12-year career in marketing, consulting, and human insight research allows me to bridge psychological knowledge with practical communication strategies. I have extensive experience presenting new ideas to diverse audiences and delivering talks at conferences and professional events.

Understanding and supporting highly sensitive individuals in any environment — educational, professional, or social — leads to better collaboration, emotional well-being, and overall effectiveness. My approach combines evidence-based insight, coaching tools, and lived experience to help teams and institutions recognise and integrate the strengths of sensitivity.

Examples of tailored themes include:

  • High Sensitivity at Work: How to create environments where sensitive employees can thrive and avoid burnout.

  • Understanding the Trait in Professional and Educational Settings: Building empathy, inclusion, and balance.

  • Highly Sensitive Children in Early Education. The Urgency to be understood and accepted - DEVELOPED

  • High Sensitivity in Schools: From misunderstanding to empowerment — how teachers can help HSP children flourish.

  • High Sensitivity in Higher Education: Helping students and educators navigate stimulation and stress effectively.

  • The Power of Sensitivity in a Constantly Stimulating World: Turning awareness into a collective advantage.
