1-1 Coaching for Parents of a highly sensitive Child

During our one-to-one sessions, we can focus on any specific or pressing challenges you may be experiencing as a parent of a highly sensitive child.

Alternatively, we can work within a structured framework designed to support your child’s growth and well-being. This framework includes areas such as self-identity, mindfulness, emotional awareness and self-regulation, self-esteem and confidence, boundaries and healthy communication, self-compassion and self-care, as well as values, purpose, and spiritual exploration.

Both approaches aim to deepen your understanding of the High Sensitivity trait and how it manifests in your child. Together, we’ll develop strategies and practical tools that meet your child’s unique needs and align with your family’s circumstances and values.

There are several ways we can work together. I support parents of children of all ages — from babies to adults. Depending on your situation, sessions may include the parent(s) and child together, or be held individually with the parent or the child. The format is always tailored to the child’s age, needs, and the focus of our work.

My approach is always guided by the intention to create the most harmonious and effective outcomes for the entire family system.

Common reasons why Parents of highly sensitive Children seek coaching:

an illustrative photo of a mother with a child
  • Feeling frustrated that typical parenting advice and strategies don’t seem to work in everyday situations — such as bedtime, transitions, or rest time

  • Feeling stuck or unsure how to respond effectively to their child’s strong emotions and sensitivity

  • Wanting to support and strengthen their child according to their individual needs and personality

  • Struggling to understand their child’s behaviour in different situations

  • Worrying about their child’s future as a highly sensitive person

  • Feeling uncertain about how to help their child in social environments such as nursery or school

  • Experiencing inner conflict between societal expectations of parenting and their own intuition about what their child truly needs

  • Feeling emotionally overwhelmed in stressful moments,
which makes self-regulation and co-regulation with the child difficult

  • Looking for a certified and accredited coach for highly
sensitive children who speaks English and is based in Germany

  • Having tried coaching or therapy before but still feeling that
    something essential was missing

It’s completely understandable if you sometimes feel uncertain or overwhelmed. Parenting a highly sensitive child can be both deeply rewarding and uniquely challenging. You don’t need to “fix” your child — and you don’t need to question your parenting instincts just because they may differ from what society expects.

What often helps is having the right information, tools, and support to better understand your child’s needs. Your child is exceptional — not because something is wrong, but because they experience the world in a deeper and more nuanced way.

High Sensitivity is neither a weakness nor a disorder; it is a natural trait, rooted in a finely attuned nervous system and accompanied by remarkable strengths and gifts.

As a mother of a highly sensitive child, I’ve spent over six years developing ways to nurture my child’s sensitivity as a strength and to support healthy emotional growth. I would be honoured to share my experience, insights, and practical strategies with you — to help you feel more confident, connected, and at ease in your parenting journey.

It offers space for all individual experiences and provides effective

How Sensitive coaching
can support you and
your child

  • You’ll gain a clear understanding of the High Sensitivity trait and how it shows up in your child’s everyday life.

  • You’ll release the pressure of social expectations about how your child “should” behave, allowing you to confidently advocate for their needs.

  • You’ll learn how to provide the kind of support that helps your child thrive — not just cope — with their sensitivity, at every stage of their development.

  • You’ll receive practical tools and strategies to create a family environment that supports both your child’s growth and your own well-being as a parent.

  • You’ll be able to plan family routines and activities that truly work for everyone, bringing more calm and harmony into daily life.

  • You’ll feel more grounded, confident, and connected — and parenting will feel easier and more joyful.

  • As a result, your relationship with your child will deepen.

  • You’ll start to notice positive shifts: more balance, confidence, and emotional resilience — both in your child and in yourself.

happy, to meet you

I’m Mariana Vozniuk — an International Highly Sensitive Person Coach and the founder of Sensitive Coaching Practice.

I’m a highly sensitive person myself, as well as the partner of a highly sensitive man (for 23 years) and the mother of a highly sensitive child (for six years). Through my own life experience, I’ve learned what it means to navigate the world with High Sensitivity — in relationships, in professional life, in parenting and in growing into my authentic sensitive self.

I completed a Professional HSP Coach Training Programme at The Highly Sensitive Human Academy in July 2025. The Academy is a recognised coaching and training member of the Association for Coaching (London), and the programme is accredited by the International Association of Coaches, Therapists and Mentors (IACTM, Switzerland).

As a certified International HSP Coach and Highly Sensitive Child Professional Practitioner I’m currently finalising my accreditation with both organisations.

As a mother of a highly sensitive child, I have over six years’ hands-on experience supporting my child’s emotional and sensory needs while nurturing their innate gifts. Remembering my own early challenges as a parent of a highly sensitive child, I felt a strong desire to help others in similar situations. This led me to complete a Professional Development Course at The HSH Academy (London), where I deepened my understanding with evidence-based approaches and became a Certified Highly Sensitive Child Practitioner.

Today, I combine professional training with lived experience to help highly sensitive people — and parents of sensitive children — find balance, confidence, and strength in their sensitive Superpower.
