Why self-care and emotional boundaries are vital for both parent and child. Building emotional safety and mutual respect in daily interactions.

 

7. Parenting Without Overwhelm

How to care for yourself as a highly sensitive parent — preventing burnout, managing overstimulation, and finding balance between your needs and your child’s.

Exploring family values, beliefs, and deeper meaning. How to nurture a sense of connection and purpose within the family system.

Balancing the family system when one or more members are highly sensitive — moving from overwhelm to connection with greater ease and confidence.

Format 9 weekly Zoom meetings.

Length 90 min + plus additional time for questions.
