1-1 Coaching for a highly sensitive adult

During our 1:1 sessions, we can either address specific or urgent issues you’re currently facing, or work within a structured framework of focus areas. These may include mindfulness, emotional and nervous system regulation, self-perception, limiting beliefs, boundaries, self-compassion, communication skills, and alignment with your purpose and values.

Both approaches support the development of a strategy that truly meets your needs and aligns with your values — at your own pace and within your unique life circumstances.

This client-centred process helps you cultivate an embodied sense of balance and self-awareness, allowing your potential to unfold naturally and in harmony with your soul’s direction.

  • High empathy that feels overwhelming or “too embodied”

  • Unintegrated emotional experiences or lingering pain from the past

Spiritual and existential sensitivity

  • Profound spiritual experiences that are difficult to make sense of

  • Searching for meaning, purpose, or a deeper sense of calling

  • Sensitivity-based limiting beliefs that hold you back

Life transitions and context

  • Facing the challenges of immigration or relocation as an HSP

  • Navigating parenthood as a highly sensitive person

happy, to meet you

I’m Mariana Vozniuk — an International Highly Sensitive Person Coach and the founder of Sensitive Coaching Practice.

I’m a highly sensitive person myself, as well as the partner of a highly sensitive man (for 23 years) and the mother of a highly sensitive child (for six years). Through my own life experience, I’ve learned what it means to navigate the world with High Sensitivity — in relationships, in professional life, in parenting and in growing into my authentic sensitive self.

I completed a Professional HSP Coach Training Programme at The Highly Sensitive Human Academy in July 2025. The Academy is a recognised coaching and training member of the Association for Coaching (London), and the programme is accredited by the International Association of Coaches, Therapists and Mentors (IACTM, Switzerland).

As a certified International HSP Coach and Highly Sensitive Child Professional Practitioner I’m currently finalising my accreditation with both organisations.

As a mother of a highly sensitive child, I have over six years’ hands-on experience supporting my child’s emotional and sensory needs while nurturing their innate gifts. Remembering my own early challenges as a parent of a highly sensitive child, I felt a strong desire to help others in similar situations. This led me to complete a Professional Development Course at The HSH Academy (London), where I deepened my understanding with evidence-based approaches and became a Certified Highly Sensitive Child Practitioner.

Today, I combine professional training with lived experience to help highly sensitive people — and parents of sensitive children — find balance, confidence, and strength in their sensitive Superpower.
